Pros
I am with Softpath as full time from last 3 years now, and really happy with my decision to join them. 1. Supportive staff, take quick action with our needs or concern. 2. Decent and very knowledgeable immigration team 3. No issue with H1 and PERM process 4. Provide heath insurance 5. HR and staff takes quick action and resolution to issue with Leave applications, heath insurance enrollments, time-sheet etc. 6. On time pay (always get pay on or before 15th of month) 7. ADP self portal
Cons
Nice to see 401K plan started by Softpath, but would like to see SoftPath some way match 401K contributions. I feel will get there over time.
