Pros

Really amazing pay $$$, great benefits. Work on projects that will help people. Smart individuals, lots of talent

Cons

- No community code quality standards(or any standards) - Code is ALWAYS approved right away without any comments on making it better or what was done well. - You'll spend more time fixing things - Hard to implement new features while keeping the app stable - My time was not respected, random calls to ask about bugs all the time - Sink or swim environment - I barely met the main project manager - Onboarding, nothing really - Recruiter was kind of pushy, just tried to lure you in to work

Pros

Good Salary Dedicated teammates Plenty of work

Cons

Brought in on a project that was over promising way too much and the team was being asked to work weekends consistently. The work I was actually doing was not increasing my skillset. I was brought in as an Angular developer and was not writing anything new, I was wiring up queries to front end reports.
