Pros
STG will invest in your and stick by you. They will train you at their training centers. We all know how rare that is. The people at STG are incredibly kind and they work really hard for you. Daily online status meetings are actually fairly entertaining and positive. I looked forward to them. Very inclusive! They don't offend. They don't get offended.
Cons
You work as a consultant so there's complications just in regards to that. You may not get the same level of respect at a client company.
