Thank you very much for your candid feedback. While I'm glad for your comments regarding your coworkers, I'm sorry for the frustrations that you experienced. I'm not certain, but I'm assuming that you're referring to being a recruiter in your critique regarding job orders "not [being] given out fairly."
Presuming that assumption's right, I actually agree with you, in a way - we don't always allocate job orders "fairly" in a traditional sense. Instead, our approach aims to match up business opportunities with the recruiter(s) in the best position to fill them. Expertise, depth of network, work ethic, client knowledge and a growth mindset all factor into the real-time business decisions that we make in allocating the thousands of requirements we work on every year.
Every recruiter has an equal opportunity to prove themselves and grow in their profession; we also have business rules in place allowing any recruiter the freedom to put in extra effort on any job order within the company. If you want to be the best, you have an equal opportunity to earn it at Softworld. But our management philosophy and business operations are centered on the tenet that our best recruiters own our best business.
I certainly understand that our model isn't for everybody, and I'm sorry you felt it wasn't for you. I wish you all the best at your next professional stop. If there are any other comments you'd like to share or suggestions for how we can improve, please feel free to reach me directly at 781-373-8452. Thanks again for your candor.
