Thank you for taking the time share, and glad to hear that a performance-driven culture has given you the chance to excel. I also understand the feelings on the environment; we've expanded rapidly and nationally over the past year, leading to colleagues not always getting the chance to know each other. That's why we've spent most of this summer facilitating both virtual and in-person gatherings between team members and executives around the country, which has already broken down walls between unfamiliar teams and people.
