Pros

They had a good 2 week training program. They spoiled you with food and snacks.

Cons

Quick to cut you if you don't meet their metrics or show aggressive ability to source candidates.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are very proud of our Enterprise Recruiter program that gives professionals new to the industry the opportunity to learn fundamental recruiting skills. You are right, we made some mistakes when we first launched the program but have learned a lot over the past two years. Your suggestion is spot on, and our program actually lasts 4 weeks now and includes a lot of "shadowing" time for individuals with senior recruiters. We have also fine tuned our Recruiting Excellence Program and invested time and resources into revamping out training materials. We also kept all the food and snacks! While being on the phone and making calls is part of any recruiting position, we will always focus on the results over the metrics. That means running our recruiting desks in a way that meets the needs of both our clients and our consultants. In today's program, every form of communication including our phone conversations is important, but it is the results we deliver that we are each measured by at Softworld. Even though you have moved on I wish you the best of luck in all your future endeavors.

Pros

Management does great job of developing talent. Performance is rewarded and recognized. Flexible work environment. Management is not afraid to change things if it isn't working and not in the tank for recruiting or sales. Hold a facility clearance which allows quite a bit of government related work in addition to commercial sector- good balance.

Cons

Nothing is perfect, and the flaws here are common in this industry, and the focus is on production, but working their system and methodology

Great company with great people. The people at Softworld treat each other with respect, work hard and want to be here, which makes for a great environment to work in. Softworld is a growing company with a lot of opportunity. They look out for the best interest of their clients, consultants and co-workers. Would highly recommend working here.

Cons

The cost of family benefits are high, but it's great coverage.

Thank you for the positive feedback. The Recruiting Managers at Softworld play a critical role in our ongoing success. Thank you for everything you are doing here. I am on the family benefits as well and agree the premiums are a little high. I find that because there are no deductibles that the out of pocket expense ends up being less over the course of the year. Our corporate services group will continue to look for ways to control these costs in the future. Great feedback though.
