Thank you very much for your feedback; we are proud of all the things that you mentioned and we continue to take COVID precautions extremely seriously. I agree that our training program is extremely in depth, and fully acknowledge that it can sometimes be intense. We provide our newest recruiters with all the tools and coaching that they need to succeed; we expect their best work, and that coupled with learning a new role/industry sometimes makes for some arduous days.
