      Great Training, Development and Opportunity - Not a career for everyone

      I thoroughly enjoyed working with the entire recruiting team and gained valuable insights from them. The professional development and training were exceptional, providing me with the skills to excel. Working with a diverse range of clients across various industries made the job dynamic and rewarding, offering ample opportunities to fill roles and grow professionally. I can't emphasize enough the support I received from management and the entire recruiting team and gained valuable insights from them,

      Cons

      This career is not for everyone. There was significant pressure to hit KPIs, which can be stressful, and the weekly hours worked can add up in trying to hit goals and ultimately earn commission. It is hard to strike a personal and professional balance leaning towards the latter. This profession is not for the faint at hear.

      Thank you for taking the time share, and glad to hear that a performance-driven culture has given you the chance to excel. I also understand the feelings on the environment; we've expanded rapidly and nationally over the past year, leading to colleagues not always getting the chance to know each other. That's why we've spent most of this summer facilitating both virtual and in-person gatherings between team members and executives around the country, which has already broken down walls between unfamiliar teams and people.
