My experience with this employer was extremely unprofessional. After our first contact, they completely ignored me—no responses at all. I tried reaching out multiple times and even emailed others at the company, but still got no reply or explanation. This lack of basic communication is concerning and shows how poorly they run things. If they treat potential employees like this, I can't imagine how they treat their staff. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. In the end, I was let go without any notice.

Unstructured work procedures with no clear metrics of how to do job effectively. Learning process is arbitrary. Long hours standing and employees are exposed to the weather. Sitting while waiting for customers is not allowed
