Terrible Pay. 20 year old supervisors who don’t take the job seriously, and smoke weed constantly (largest issue.) Horrid management, considering how they allow their valets to dress & act unprofessionally. Lastly, this company gives valets a bad name in general because there are multiple incidents reported every day! Soiree Valet would hire teenagers who couldn’t even pass the driving/parking test! It made zero sense. After working here I know now to NEVER, EVERRR TRUST VALET WITH YOUR VEHICLE.
