      Great pay snd benefits. Union is great.

      Cons

      Management changes frequently, poor budget for medical office. They run it like a business rather than a medical business and don’t use medical billers which is costing them money and possibly leading to its closing.

      Retirement and pension. Sick and vacation. Flexible. Normal hours. Overtime offered.

      Cons

      Government bureaucracy is hard to adjust to. This county is very behind the times and tends to wait until every other surrounding county makes a change to their internal policies before they make a chance.
