Too many to list: non-suoportive upper management; discriminatory practices; dead-end when looking to bring up concerns in certain bureaus as upper managers all all buddy buddy so nothing is ever addressed. Certain departments have extreme high turnover

Currently unorganized, cliques, analyst staff is short staffed, so 60+ hour weeks is the norm. When expressing concerns about work load you’re told “if you can’t keep up, work more hours”.

The relationships with fellow unit members was great.

Cons

Expectations were too much for the pay that was given. Emphasize on "being flexible" but really like to cut costs wherever they can and keep the least amount of people to keep the higher up's pockets greased.
