      Stable, upward mobility, huge variety of job opportunities, Amazing people

      Cons

      Company tends to run lean.. can be good for profits but not so good to guarantee good training for employees in new roles

      New Leadership Needed - Labor Law issues

      Pros

      I got a paycheck. I got 1 week vacation after a year.

      Cons

      Hourly employees: No vacation first year. No paid sick time. Unpaid furlough. Prejudice, revengeful leadership. Leadership publicly humilates employees. Employees leave without notice because they're not treated properly and are paid way below market. Some seem to think it's because they are minorities. I tend to agree.
