Pros

Solid San Diego based company. Good career opportunities (with an education). Good to their employees, good pay, great benefits and safety conscious.

Cons

Corporate style company, lots of layers. Sometimes hard to get ahead or get the raise you deserve. Some senior employees are no longer productive.

Pros

The tasks they assign you and performance required are very clear. There is tons of support from managers. It is a very good team environment from all coworkers.

Cons

There is not a ton of upward mobility. The company is highly structured and there is less room for free thinkers.
