      Pros

      Convenient work location, decent benefits (matching 401k, vacation, flexible work hours), job stability.

      Cons

      Used to have outstanding benefits, pension, 401k match, excellent health care, bonuses and raises. This has been diminished greatly in the last 6 or so years. Extremely slow career growing opportunities within the primary facilities, and most opportunities requires significant personal sacrifices. Management very rarely changes over, and most of the hiring decisions are made prior to the interviews. Light years behind in the areas of technology and development.
