My Peers are mostly nice and the work can be rewarding

Cons

New managers are from Texas and are absolutely the worst. I don't want to say there real names so I'll call them Bill and Reuben. They have single handily destroyed the morale and culture of the Supply Chain. Many personal in the group are looking for other jobs because of these guys. I've only been in the company for around 10 years but coming from other groups it is most definitely the worst. Stay far away from here and get a job elsewhere. Work/life balance is discouraged and "Reuben" brags about woking so much.

Great Pay. You get a bonus called STIP if the company is doing good.

Cons

Training is not the greatest. A lot of old engineers who been working there for over 20-30 years. People tend to stay at the company a long time.
