Pros

Once you get in the door it is hard to be put out. Great hours. Paid weekly.

Cons

They will make you a temp for what seems like forever. They have a policy that they cannot have temps for more than 15 months. They will fire you when your time comes up, then they will rehire you shortly after that. Advancement opportunities aren't too great there.

Pros

Generally good people. Room to grow. Laid back atmosphere You can pretty much set your own hours as an engineer.

Cons

Pay is rather poor. At the mercy of the volatile oil mining industry. To get in the company you are forced to e a Volt temp for years until they take you on. Many of the skills gained here will not apply to other companies.

Pros

Flexible work schedule, no required overtime, good pay

Cons

Reviews are based on opinion not facts. Perception is more important than reality. There is a lack of opportunity for advancement, due to lack of development courses.
