      Pros

      Managers and supervisors fully support employee needs with respect to job growth and other personal matters. Teamwork and individual contributions are strongly encouraged while giving employees the leverage to be more self - productive and initiative.

      Cons

      Salary range was not the best, as expected. My salary was considered fair for my job position, regardless of prior experience or capabilities.

      Great benefits, potential to move up/around, once you get hired on(can get permanent straight on, or temp for at least one year)

      Cons

      Have to bend over backwards to get noticed by management(depending on department), or get into politics to move up. Nepotism is huge.
