Pros

The best thing about this company is the annual effort to support United Way, I think that the company is the number one private contributor in the county of San Diego.

Cons

The location is downtown San Diego next to the airport can result in very long commutes especially for workers leaving after 4:00 PM when rush hour traffic begins. The company tries to alleviate this by offering some employees the option of working from home at least one day per week.
