Pros

Long term employees get bonuses and overtime, the company occasionally (once per month avg.) rewards employees with food with a little extra time to eat (30 extra minutes).

Cons

Low pay to start. Time off to go to personal business (ie. court, medical, kids needs, etc.) is heavily frowned upon even if you have vacation on the books. Upward mobility is slow. They keep you at a temp agency as long as possible to avoid paying benefits.

Pros

Hybrid, growth opportunities. Boring work

Cons

Company doesn’t trust employees, mandates 3 days a week and is part of your performance review now in 2025. I’ll be looking for a new company
