      Pros

      The company has a strong legacy of performance and interesting products. The culture values and rewards product knowledge over process knowledge compared to Caterpillar at large.

      Cons

      Some employees are overly complacent, and in general the company enjoys a comfortable dominance in the market. The company needs to develop new products and markets to diversify away from its heavy dependence on the energy industry responsible for much of the cyclicality in the business. The culture can be very politicized, which makes it difficult to stay agile and make quick decisions.

      Pros

      Location, co-workers provide inclusive environment, interesting projects, good vacation, used to have good benefits when I got hired

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't care about employees, not competitive salary, poor communication from company and management. I'm on here to determine what positions salary ranges are.......

      No real pros to working here other than its a job

      Cons

      Low pay,no real chance to move up unless your related to or a friend of one of the managers all you have to do is see how many people are related there and what their jobs are.
