Pros

28 days AL and medical benefits. Good manager supporting me. Good STIP bonus, stock options and 13th salary included in compensation package.

Cons

You need to be able to manage the workloads and sometimes have to work late. Very hard to promote unless management like you.

Pros

High salary and an excellent benefits package

Cons

Bureaucratic, institutionalized, toxic work environment where people (most but not all) with very long tenure thrive despite their lack of expertise in the subject matter. if you are a new hire, they will make sure to make you feel like an outsider and the system is created as such to worship those long tenured people. purely toxic work environment. had to quit to take care of my mental and physical well being. it was a nightmare to work here.
