      - Work flexibility (work from home, partial days working when traveling, easily manage personal life with meeting work expectations) - Comfortable (overtime not always mandatory depending on role) - Job security - Decent overall benefits/compensation package (401k matching, full medical, dental, vision and yearly bonuses)

      Cons

      - Lack of future direction - Outsourcing meaningful design work and experience to contractors domestic and abroad - Stagnation in personal growth (might be just me)

      Comfortable work environment, can definitely coast once you get some experience

      Cons

      Compensation isnt great for engineering, especially in SoCal. If your hired at a low salary grade, there's really no process to catch up aside from leaving the company. salary with respect to years of experience: 3.5 yoe - 66k (SG 46) 5 yoe - 75k (SG 48) 8 yoe - 94k (SG 50)
