Pros
The people were really nice and everyone wanted you to learn about the company.
Cons
The company is very traditional in the sense that no one was younger than 25 years old. A lot of the people in the company have been there for 10+ years and you could tell they weren't interested in bringing new ideas to the company. Also, men dominate this field clearly. A lot of the people at the company were men and not a lot of women.
