      Pros

      Great work life balance. Very little micromanagement.

      Cons

      Used to have fantastic health care. Moving around is the only way to get fair compensation and promotions. Experienced people that stay in the same position are taken advantage of or neglected. Extremely political and divisive, who you know gets you & your ideas ahead. Merit is a secondary/tertiary matter.

      Overall great company to work for, plenty of opportunities for growth with a decent benefits package.

      Job stability, career development opportunities, global footprint.

      Cons

      While the benefits package is decent, the actual pay is a bit below par. Company claims to have a "small company mindset" but is clearly burdened with corporate bureaucracy that slows down positive change more often than not and causes some underperformers to become entrenched and unmanageable.
