Pros

The work to life balance is good

Cons

Caterpillar owns them, which makes it a less exciting place to work. The cat ways are outdated, yet still forced upon Solar.

Pros

Good salary, great team, and a place you can work for the rest of your life

Cons

Stressful, and the underutilize talent. Oil and Gas engineering is back about 30-40 years compared to other technology based industries.

Pros

Great benefits and decent salary. Excellent location. Onsite cafeteria and gym.

Cons

Bad parking, little to zero chance of career advancement for some positions. Long time employees are being forced into retirement or laid off to make way for lower paid and less experienced workers.
