      Pros

      Everyone is willing to help. Employee is culture is the best I have ever seen. Great place to grow and learn. Gain responsibility quickly. Located in an awesome city.

      Cons

      If I had to complain it would be about the cafeteria, Little Italy is right outside though.

      Pros

      Job can be interesting and but very demanding. Skill level for this position is 80% manual labor mechanics, 10% electrical and 10% computer.

      Cons

      As a new employee, be ready to do the job duties that no one wants to do and be able to take abusive criticism for your imperfections and faults for not knowing. Senior personal lacks integrity and respect for authority, they also know that management won't do anything for fear of retaliation.

      Pros

      Solar has been a wonderful company to gain experience in the latest technologies and growth in the Oracle and MySQL space.

      Cons

      While giving us lots of room to learn, there is little room to move forward on a career path. Most of the IT analyst have been in the same position for more than 5 years.
