Pros

Regular pay most of the time. They offer benefits.

Cons

We didn’t get paid this week -the whole company. Supervisors lack knowledge and skill on how to deal with their employees. Training is shorter than they say and lacking. They throw you out on the floor without making sure you know what you’re doing. Pay is low and they just add more stuff on to your workload without any incentive. There are no pay raises based on skill or effort. All bonuses were taken away. If you’re smart you should not work here.

I was able to get experience integrating a large number of disparate, complex environments.

Cons

Toxic company culture, high turnover, zero appreciation, zero pay raises, TERRIBLE benefits. This company will take advantage of you every chance they get.
