Pros

Very hard to think of any. Had a lot of hard working co-workers that helped me get by.

Cons

The owner of the company Tony A. is a very greedy person. Huge pay increases for himself every year (went from 2 million salary to 12 million in 5 years!) but I watched many co-workers get CHEATED out of money. Pushed into promotions but not technically given the title for months so they did the work for 6 months but wasn't getting paid for it. If they wanted to sue they probably could have but they didn't want to lose their jobs. I worked there for 2.5 years and never heard tony's voice or saw him. It was only a 2000 person company. Not THAT big.

Dear TSR, Thank you for the feedback and for your 2.5 years of service. I am sorry you did not have a good experience here. Working at AudaExplore is not easy - this is not a 9-5 company. However, what I love about it are the people, the work, and the opportunity to be a part of building something great. AudaExplore is collection of companies focused around the automobile insurance space. Our challenge, and opportunity, is to: * Transform the business to create value for our customers and their customers * Identify ways to differentiate and dominate in the platforms we participate in * Provide excellent service at all points. This is our current mission and we work HARD everyday to deliver on that mission. The TSR team (of which you were apart) has been doing a great job of delivering service excellence this year...So we raise the bar. For some, this is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team, and they want to know how they can sign up for the mission. For others, it's not for them and that is ok. Thank you again for your service. I wish you all the best in the future. Regards, Greg von der Linden VP of HR

Pros

Many of the employees are good people. Benefits like vacation days and tuition reimbursement are a plus.

Cons

No salary increases. Minimal bonus is paid out quarterly for most. Upper management has no idea how things are run and immediate management has no managerial skills. The company expects more and more from the employees with no compensation for the work and skills used.

Pros

great co workers, nice building, free ice and coffee.

Cons

no raises in 6 years, not even for a cost of living expense. They do offer bonuses every 1/4 but it sure it hard to qualify for it.

Dear Valuation Specialist, Thank you for your feedback and for your 8 years of service. I was just in Ann Arbor a couple of weeks ago and I have to tell you the vibe there has changed. There was an energy there that I had not felt before. The associates I had a chance to speak with were focused on their clients, proud of the work they were doing, and excited about the results they were achieving. I credit the leaders of our Service, CRS and Valuations business, and their management teams, for the change. Their efforts, and the hard work of the associates in those businesses, are paying off with the improved results we are seeing in all three businesses. Please feel free to call or email. I would welcome the chance to hear from you directly. Thank you again for your feedback. Regards, Greg von der Linden
