Pros

Health benefits sre very good. Decent work hours.

Cons

There is definitely some abuse of authority with supervision/management. Love how they get to actually choose a day to work from home at their leisure but regular staff is not allowed to and must come in. To work fully remote again, tou must have a valid reason and documentation. A few more red flags: Work structure. In the dept I work in which is data entry, Everyone regardless of which supervisor they’re under must only respond to that supervisor unless that supervisor is training a new hire or is absent for that day. I come from a call center background with ten years of call center experience under my belt and it’s very common for all of the supervisors to come together to assist everyone in their department. It’s not like that at all here. Next, Is having an issue asking for help. I should not have to feel uncomfortable asking for help without a supervisor giving me the cold shoulder. That is not a good representation of the company and that can cause work productivity issues. You would want your employees to be at their peak performance. Having an attitude along with making snarky comments is not a good representation for the company. That need to be fixed. Lastly, I don’t like how all supervisors and managers tried to shove their technique down your throat. It is best to show them a technique and then stick to it. Having multiple team leader teach you one procedure in many different ways can throw them off. That is not good and can once again affect work pproductivity. Given all of the other reviews I have read, I’m not suprised and glad to know that I’m not alone in the many problems they have. But this is corporate America and I expect nonetheless.

Pros

Remote work was really nice Company laptop was a MacBook Pro with all Adobe products already installed Health insurance was decent, PTO was also good

Cons

Had a medical injury that needed surgery and lots of recovery time so I informed management that I was going to be filing for FMLA. Bad idea - less than a week later I was fired. Couldn't afford a lawyer so couldn't do anything. Was my first job out of college so I didn't know any better - didn't know I should've kept my mouth shut. HR is also based in Mexico, so that's a red flag. Prior to me working there they had massive layoffs.
