      Pros

      Teammates have good skills, product is nice, benefits good.

      Cons

      All good things happened in the past, but they decided to sell the company to a company holder and everything changed. They opened a building at Sevilla city, full of junior people to save money and it was a bad choice. The best company I've worked (with the former ceo) but it turned to a red flag company with the new one. Before that, it was a very good company. It was in 2021, I don't know if they've decided to change their mind again. They don't like remote working.

      Micromanaging to the max. Flat out told they don't care about the customers and customer support as long as your calendar is filled out so their numbera look good.

      The fact that Solera is even in business is amazing! Raises & bonuses on pay plans have never been paid. Commissions are never paid correctly, no back up as to their calculations, HR dept is non existent, managers are nothing but a title holder, they constantly bill customers wrong, sales are made but products can’t be delivered due to non payment to vendors
