There’s so many, I’ll state the most important ones. Management across the board are only in management roles due to being a total kiss a**. Managers not only do NOT care about their teams but have absolutely no clue about the product, the roles of their teams, can’t help you with any issues, questions are never answered. There is no transparency whatsoever. Bonuses that are part of our pay plans aren’t paid, raises which are over 8 months past the promised date are still not paid & most likely will not be paid. Management has no internet in employees well being, extremely condescending and beyond micromanaging.

we are still left wondering when our merit increase will happen and we are about to enter into the last month of Q3. Any attempt at getting a decent bump in pay to keep up with the market will only come after an offer letter from another company.
