Cons

Not recommended. Incompetent senior / c-suite leaders. Employees are treated like indentured servants. Senior leaders use partners as a scapegoat when they don't do their responsibilities. Pay is not competitive. Work / life balance is non existent. Benefits technically are offered, but they are pathetic.

None, it was a horrible place to work

Cons

Everything about this place is a con. No work life balance. They don’t approve PTO. They raised the quota so high it’s impossible to hit your number unless you are selling to unqualified leads who will turn around and cancel immediately. Causing you to get so many charge backs you’ll never make money. They let people they like get away with everything and they give promotions based on gender and not qualifications.
