CEO is MF type, tells his VPs that if they don’t shut the f up and comply then they will get fired. Some have and now they are gone. Massive attrition for months.. people just don’t want to be hear anymore. Certain divisions not even getting paid without notice as to why. As in no check or back up as to why. The company also has no reporting. A data company with no reporting, imagine that. The booms are cooked, the records inaccurate, it an absolute abomination. Don’t work here. In 8 years I’ve had no raise and no review. When I asked I was told my raise is the form of a gift that I get to work there. No one on my team has gotten a raise in 7 years.

Management acts like Regina George (Mean Girls) and will hope EVERYONE does what they say without question, even if they can't use basic Microsoft Office functions. You will never get a raise unless you get promoted, which never happens as they've been silent-hiring since 2021. If you dare to be a competent, educated professional who knows their worth, this company will be an absolute ordeal. Do not work here.
