There is no respect for seniority and now show of gratitude. They promise raises to try and get your pay to a competitive rate, but never follow through, or still fail to meet the current standards. New employees are brought it at far higher rates than employees who have been there for 3+ years and there is no explanation or attempt to make it right.

Management changes very frequently. There is no order. You are not to expect annual raises. The rumors are true, many people have not received raises in over 10 years. BEWARE
