I am racking my brain but after 2 years here, I can't think of one single thing.

Cons

Micro-management (they could write books on the subject) No respect for employees They believe that they can get same work done by hiring 5 freshers instead of giving hikes to existing employees They will delay appraisals by upto 4 months and then not even give you enough hike to beat thw current inflation rates.
