Pros

few employees are good but soon they gonna leave this org.

Cons

The company went through multiple acquisitions with no proper future planning. Leadership is failing to comply with the market demands and products are getting delayed due to mismanagement. Future looks dark.

Low pay, low morale

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Flexible PTO, with manager approval. This equates to about 4 weeks of PTO, plus 8 holidays. You will need it deal with this place.

Cons

Low pay to start and then a cost of living increase that is just a fraction of 1 percent. Engineers are not treated well as they are pushed for more productivity with less pay. Every few months your coworkers either quit or are laid off. There's very little transparency from the top down. It feels like the division is about to collapse, but no one talks about it and upper management doesn't communicate. All-hands meetings are essentially a fake advertisement for the company with no real substance.
