MAYBE if you are not in the US this could be an ok place to work… but even that is a stretch.

Cons

Solera (or more accurately Vista Equity Partners) bought a bunch of good companies and utterly destroyed them. Multiple rounds of “Reductions in Force” saw a lot of great folks train their replacements only to be unceremoniously laid off. Voluntary mass exodus took place in the months that followed leaving a huge void of knowledge and experience.
