Good benefits, good direct people managers.

Cons

The best and brightest got spooked by all the near-shoring. They are leaving in droves and quality is going downhill fast. Anything for the bottom line so the company looked good on paper for a hasty acquisition by a bigger company.

They know how to care for the employees, be it at any level. From the WFH equipment, to COVID vaccine drives, to the amazing Mac systems, they leave no stone unturned to make you feel special. Its an environment where you feel like working and growing everyday.

20+ year old tech that they promise to upgrade or replace but can't keep managment or employees around long enough to do it. People quit in droves until there is a massive layoff. South Jordan doesn't even exist anymore.
