Take the advice. If you don't like people getting laid off out of nowhere, CEO belittling employees for not being there at 6am, constant direction changes and lack of vision. Don't work here. You won't be able to form meaningful work relationship without worrying if someone is going to get outsourced. You get no real benefits. Anything the company offers you is a lie. Don't do it.
