Benefits are decent. Free food everyday Team-based culture is top notch and very welcoming. A lot of collaboration and improvement.

Cons

Since the company is growing fast on the software division there are some teams are in need of developers which creates bottlenecks for timelines.

Free snacks Casual dress code (but no shorts allowed, even in the heat of summer)

Cons

Incestuous management culture where the managers spend all day High-Five'ing each other (literally) while they have endless meetings to talk about why nothing ever actually gets done. No raises. Ever. No promotions - you will be in your current position until you quit.

The work environment is very good, food is provided for everyone, gym and very good benefits, well-paid, the projects are very interesting and challenging and the people who you work with are very helpful and really know their stuff. You're not expected to stay after 4 pm so you can have a very good work/life balance.

Cons

It's too far away from Dallas and they're moving even farther away in a year or so.
