Thank you for your feedback. I agree we have great people and good work life balance. Recently our people created a one-of-kind mobile application for MAACO:

This is just one example of what our people are delivering for our clients - in this case cool Innovation!
Regarding compensation, we use Mercer market data to benchmark our people each year. Markets can and do move quickly at times, but in general, I think we pay very competitively on base salaries, and more than half our of associates also participate in an incentive plan.
I was surprised to read your comment on "clear direction from management". I know our MD has been very clear with his management team and the next level down leaders on our 80/20 priorities. None the less, looks like we still have some work to do.
