Pros

Great benefits Great location Nice offices -Great for entry level folks...if you want a company to FULLY fund your masters degree or anything Solers is the place to be b/c they will pay 100% tuition for you. spend a few years there and then get out...(with a master's under your belt.)

Cons

Very poor management...they have 25 yr olds running the show there that came straight from college....upper management doesn't seem to see what the big picture is...its bad b/c they could really use some better experienced managers there and just have much better system all around....very poor performance review system...they should watch out because they hold employees to metrics that are not communicated up front....if they fire someone they could have a law suit waiting to happen - They low ball your salary when they hire you b/c they try and leverage their benefits...the bonuses each quarter are a joke, so don't hold your breath on that one...dont forget to subtract 35% off the bonus for taxes..sucks -its a small company so they dont have a lot of options if one project isnt a good fit.. -

Pros

Salary Quarterly 'mini review' and Bonus They pay for parking Decent office coffee and tea Good location near metro Some assignments have good technology

Cons

small company - if you have any problems at all, it's difficult to recover as there is little room to go. they don't share enough details of the government contract so that you can prepare if the contract runs out. That might be by design - so that you don't leave in anticipation! If you are stuck in a fiefdom under a Manager/Director, there is little chance or option for remedying this. Small company but not a '8a, Small Disadvantaged Business' - so it's not as easy to get government contracts.
