Great company

Pros

Lots of learning. I came in really as a junior engineer with my skills focused on front-end development but now I seem to be a lot more well rounded (including skills in devops and back-end development). Pays very well and they have occasional "flash gifts" i.e. tickets to hockey/baseball games

Cons

No telework. Need IT to approve all software before you can install it on your computer.

Pros

I have worked full-time at Solers for quite some time now. The place is filled with great, talented and smart people from top to bottom; from the engineering/technical staff to the corporate folks. Not to mention that the benefits, work schedule and contract stability is really excellent. The opportunity to learn and grow within the company is also great.

Cons

Not too many cons to touch upon based off of my time here. Love it!
