      Pros

      This company had flexible locations, good pay, and a large support system. Good clinical resources, continuing education resources, and good inter-disciplinary teamwork.

      Cons

      This company, due to contract work, had difficult job placements. High work fatigue and some off-work hours required. Frequent recruiter calls.

      Great management Very transparent with candidates and clients Work hard to motivate employees Good culture, everyone is very welcoming and helpful to new recruiters. Even though the work is competitive they were very willing to help

      Cons

      Turnover was high because they let just about anyone in without vetting, so a lot of times employees realize they're not cut out to be a recruiter after a few months and then leave

      Prompt Weekly compensation for position; supportive when problems would arise; aggressively sought positions that might interest me and interviews. Compared to other National Companies my hourly rate was among the highest, recruiter always pleasant and positive in suggestions.

      Cons

      hourly pay not consistent with district salaries, Soliant hourly rate much lower, needed to provide own materials for therapy.
