      My favorite agency.

      Pros

      I worked as a Pharmacy Technician for several months at a mail order facility in Memphis. Soliant was my "agency" who placed me on assignment and my recruiter was Kim Grazzini. I enjoyed working with Kim at Soliant. I called Kimberly all the time, and she always answered the phone. She even gave me her cell phone number in order to reach her after hours since I was working graveyard and couldn't call while she was at work. If I had payroll issues or any issues really, they would solve the issues for me right then and there.

      Cons

      I would suggest getting better clients. The client I worked for honestly wasn't very organized, but I was happy to be employed!

      Yes, glad I went w Soliant because my contact person Christian Cooper (& his team) works very hard & with much persistence to place people. A pleasure to interact with professionalism & results.

      Cons

      Biggest Con (really the only one) - waiting for placement, but not due to Christian Cooper or Soliant Staff but due to the nature of the beast when working for any Temp Agency. But Soliant/Christian Cooper have finesse in handling both client's (employee n future employer) needs & expectations so as to achieve a mutually beneficial working relationship for them both.

      Soliant gave me an excellent opportunity to succeed as a pharmacist in Arizona. When I contacted them about a position they jumped on it and took care of everything in a very expeditious and professional manner. I owe a great deal to Thomas Tathom and Christian Cooper whose professionalism and attention to detail took care of me and our client. My every need was taken care of and in every incident they took care of me so that I could take care of my job. Every step along the way Christian Cooper was attentive and supportive. In my 25 years is a pharmacist I've never worked for an organization that did a better job in helping me succeed as a pharmacist. Christian Cooper is the best as well as Soliant.

      Cons

      I would have liked to see the mileage Stipend be higher. I felt it was on the low side.
