      Pros

      I liked my recruiter felt she had my back, important who you have, because a co-worker did not receive the same amount of support from her recruiter.

      Cons

      Benefits department does not appear to be well organized, redundant requests to sign up for insurance and poor followthrough on services.

      The hiring managers give all the tools needed to be successful in this industry. The company is proactive in maintaining quality work environment, providing updates with technology helpful to maintain our pace with other companies.

      Pros

      The recruiter worked hard to find information and secure a position.

      Cons

      When I told the recruiter I wasnt comfortable with terminating a current professional contract, she implied I wasn't appreciative, flexible, or interested enough! I was told to stay by the phone to find out an interview time. I canceled plans , but I was not contacted until the following day.
