      Pros

      I have been traveling with Soliant for four years and I feel like I am part of their family. Everyone I have had the pleasure to interact with has been helpful, professional, and kind. I feel like I am valued as a traveler and feel that my recruiter has always been open and honest with me. I feel there are quite a few companies/recruiters that just want to make a buck, but I feel Soliant truly values their relationships and has always had my back in a way that is personal to my concerns and needs.

      Cons

      Credentialing staff can come off as pushy, but I also understand their pressure to meet deadlines and start dates

      They are a wonderful company to work for. Great recruiters always on hand and gets things done. I appreciate such efforts.. Keep up the great work.
