      RUN. Run far away and do not look back.

      Pros

      Straining my brain to think of things to put here. The kitchen is nice, I guess. And they try to do company-wide outings/team-building about once a month/every 2 months. I was able to get a little over 2 years of "experience" to add to my resume.

      Cons

      How much time do you have? I could write an entire thesis on the cons at Soliant Health. Before I get started, I am 110% certain management writes their own positive reviews on Glassdoor with generic titles and pros in order to pad their overall rating. Notice the cons aren't ever really "cons." I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies, let alone any of my close peers. There are (a few) obviously intelligent people with a wide variety of experience in the field. HOWEVER, this is not to say that they are 100% competent. I have never been made to feel more worthless in my role at a company than I did here. One person in particular spoke and interacted with people with little to no human dignity. Every day, the department's morale seemed to go further down. He should NOT be allowed to make others feel this way. His backhanded, personal, and extremely disrespectful commentary puts undue strain on the department. The turnover rate at this company is absolutely insane. I have never seen anything like it. This place certainly left a sour taste in my mouth. The department, and consequently, the company seem to have a hidden agenda and lack SERIOUS morals and ethics.

While we try to learn from all comments we receive, we must take exception with your claim of “I am 110% certain management writes their own positive reviews on Glassdoor with generic titles and pros in order to pad their overall rating.” In short, it is patently false. In order to maintain the integrity of its site, Glassdoor utilizes technologies that prevent companies or individuals from “stuffing” reviews. This claim is unfounded and is unfair to those who have taken the time to honestly express their views on their Soliant Health experience, good or bad. Still, we value your feedback and we will take into consideration your advice to management. We wish you well in your future career endeavors.

      This company treats a person like a respectful human being. This is night and day from my previous company.

      Pros

      This company gives autonomy to get the job done with frequent and positive feedback. Everyone is genuinely kind. And, I have my own laptop and Ipad to do my documentation and treatment.

      Cons

      The commute is difficult at times. It is challenging to get 10 hours of work completed in 7.5 daily hours of allotted contract time.

      Best company I have worked for in my career

      Pros

      Fantastic culture with great co-workers that help each other out. We're always celebrating something in the office which helps with every day hustle of a 9-5 office job. They truly care about their employees and go out of their way to make everyone feel appreciated.

      Cons

      The commute can be bad since the office is located in Tucker on the northeast side of Atlanta. It would be nice if there were opportunities to work from home one or two days a week. There's no daycare in the building which makes it hard as well if you have children.
