      People are intelligent, hard workers, nice at SW

      VARs are clueless and a lot of turnover in channel that you have to deal with

      Creating a software used by millions of engineers in the world. There are quite a few very talent people to work with. The working environment is very good.

      Cons

      Talent people are not treated very well.
